Functional movement testing

Diagnosis & collaborative plan
We explain findings clearly, discuss diagnostic needs (e.g. imaging), and develop a personalised treatment strategy including physiotherapy, exercises, or referrals.
Ongoing care
Your plan may include ongoing support, tailored exercise programs, or targeted referrals to specialists such as orthopaedics, pain clinics, or rheumatology.
